Description

Refined program of rarely heard music for the traditional concert in the Cathedral of St. Michael Mestre.
Fondazione Teatro La Fenice in collaboration with the Foundation of the Duomo of Mestre, the 'Friends of Music and the City of Venice will offer citizenship a concert that will include the participation of soprano Francesca Aspromonte, trumpet: Piergiuseppe Doldi, organ: Ulysses Trabacchin .

Georg Friedrich Händel Suite with themes from Water Music for Trumpet and Organ Concerto No. 3 in G minor for organ Baldassare Galuppi At the trumpet of fame for soprano, trumpet and organ Aspromonte Francesca graduated at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, was a student of Renata Scotto at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. It specialized in the interpretation of baroque repertoire, she has performed on important stages such as Carnegie Hall in London, the Opéra Royal de Versailles, the Wigmore Hall, the Konzerthaus and Musikverein in Vienna, the Royal Albert Hall, the Opera of Vichy , the Opéra de Nancy. In Venice she sang several times for the Teatro la Fenice.

Piergiuseppe Doldi has collaborated with several Italian orchestras, including the Orchestra of the Teatro Alla Scala in Milan, Parma Toscanini Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the Musical Afternoons of Milan. He is currently first trumpet of the Teatro La Fenice in Venice. Ulysses Trabacchin graduate of the Conservatorio Tartini in Trieste in composition and organ, he studied and deepened the Baroque repertoire taking care of many revisions. He works as another chorus master at the Teatro la Fenice, which also works as a pianist and organist.
