A timeless story, by the charm a little 'retro, but with the ability to provoke strong emotions of various types: this is The Sound of Music, Italian title of The Sound of Music. Who is least of my generation, children in the 60, can not remember the famous film starring Julie Andrews from unforgettable melodies that now even the young have had a chance to see thanks to TV or the various editions Home Video. But not everyone knows that before the film show was a theatrical event of the most famous and enduring in the history of musical theater, which has also seen important issues around the world and also in Italy.
Our part from an idea developed by Gabriele Moreschi of uniform coverage and changing over the various scenic elements that are discovered from time to time and come to life. Here then is the Austrian mountains, the Convent, the various rooms of the house of the Von Trapp that organically appear and disappear, almost seamless.
The music and singing accompany the life of Maria Rainer, protagonist of the story, and likewise are perhaps the fulcrum and the main driver of our Company, thanks to the musical direction of Gabriel de Guglielmo, trainer of most of the young and young talents that make up the cast. So somehow the reality has married the theatrical fiction. Ever title after all, could be more suitable for this adventure that began life in 2012. All together (me, Gabriel and Successive cast, from the smallest of seven years to the largest of more than 50, but also the parents, the rest of the team technical / artistic and all the various collaborators) with an indescribable passion, contagious, with great enthusiasm and a great desire to do and do well. This is the right way, in my opinion, because the theater can continue to live in a time when everything becomes more and more difficult, and the art and culture are often overshadowed. Rolling up your sleeves and sharing with us, enthusiasm and youth and passion, but also humility, through the study, preparation, against an arrogant carelessness certain that unfortunately so much bad television made rampant. We all believe in these values, and proudly (although sometimes with difficulty) we carry our discourse, our beliefs, our theater since almost artisan perfume.
