Elizabeth Tiveron
Born in the Venetian hinterland, he has lived for many years on board the lagoon, and Venice is his city. Degree in contemporary history, alongside the writer activity to that of culinary consultant and dance. Since 2011 by the project "food street".

Roberta Cadorin
Degree in architecture, was born in Belluno where he lives and works as illutratrice. He edited illustrations for books, magazines on paper and online magazine in Italy and France. Passionate about food, who likes to draw and tell.

Daniele Marcassa
